Spinach-Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
    1 small pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped tiny
    1/4 c. purple onion, chopped tiny
    1 small jar mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 lb. bacon
Preparation
    Thaw and drain peas and spinach.
    Layer in bowl the spinach, onion, green pepper, peas, cheese and mayonnaise.
    Sprinkle sugar on top of mayonnaise.
    Refrigerate 8 hours; mix well.
    Fry or microwave 1 pound bacon; crumble and mix into salad.
