Cheeese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 c. boiling water
1 large box lemon Jell-O
1 large can evaporated milk, cold
30 graham crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Mix crackers and butter together and spread in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Mix Jell-O and boiling water and let cool.
Mix cream cheese thoroughly with a fork.
Whip milk and fold into the Jell-O with the cheese and pour over crust.
Sprinkle 6 or 7 graham crackers on top of cheesecake and refrigerate overnight.
