Cranberry Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    peel of 2 oranges
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. cranberries
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, salt, soda and baking powder. Add dates, cranberries, pecans, eggs, buttermilk and oil. Bake in tube or Bundt pan at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
