Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. margarine, softened
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Add margarine and cheese; mix well.
    Shape into balls a little smaller than a pecan.
    Press a little.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly tan in color.
