Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. packaged stuffing mix (like Pepperidge Farm; any flavor)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 medium onion, diced
    3 to 4 yellow squash, sliced
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion until tender. Drain. Mix with other ingredients. Save approximately 1/2 cup stuffing mix for topping. Mix well and place in a greased casserole dish. Top with reserved stuffing mix. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
