Chocolate Surprise Cupcakes(Makes 60 Cupcakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz. size)
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. sugar
4 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
3 tsp. baking soda
3 c. water
1 c. oil
3 tsp. vinegar
3 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and salt.
Add chocolate chips.
Set mixture aside.
Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa and soda.
Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla to dry ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Mix nuts and sugar together in small dish.
Fill cupcake tin 1/2 full of cake batter.
Add 1 tablespoon cheese mixture to each cupcake.
Sprinkle with nut/sugar mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
