Ingredients

1/3 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
graham cracker crumbs
1 large can evaporated milk (very chilled)
Preparation

Sprinkle crumbs on bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
Take chilled milk and whip until foamy.
Add lemon juice and sugar. Whip 3 to 5 more minutes.
Pour into dish with crumbs.
Top with more crumbs.
Put in freezer until hard (3 to 5 hours).
Store in freezer.
