Italian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 breasts or more
3 legs and thighs or more
1 c. Italian bread crumbs (or seasoned)
1 c. Parmesan cheese
2 buttons garlic, mashed
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. parsley flakes
Preparation

Wash chicken dry and then dip into liquid butter which garlic (mashed) has been added, then dip into bread crumb mix of crumbs, parsley flakes, and Parmesan cheese.
Place chicken into greased baking pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Check to see if browning. Take off cover and brown.
