Artichoke-Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken-flavored rice
    2 green onions
    8 olives
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 green pepper
    2 jars marinated artichokes
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions, minus butter (cool).
    Add chopped green onions and green pepper and sliced olives.
    Drain artichokes.
    Mix a little of the marinade with the mayonnaise and curry powder.
    Pour over rice and artichokes and toss gently.
