Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, drained squash
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 large or 2 small carrots, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    seasoned herb stuffing
Preparation
    Melt 3 tablespoons margarine in 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle bottom with seasoned herb stuffing.
    Mix first 5 ingredients well and salt to taste.
    Pour into dish.
    Top with more herb stuffing.
    Dot with margarine.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
