Green Onion Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium or 4 large potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    6 to 8 green onions, chopped
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Peel, quarter and boil potatoes until barely tender.
    Drain, cool and slice.
    Place in a large bowl.
