Frosty Melon Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. jello (any flavor)
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. fruit (any kind, even fruit cocktail)
1 medium cantaloupe
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Dissolve jello in water.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Peel melon, leaving it whole.
Cut a slice at one end, scoop out seeds; drain well.
Place melon upright in bowl.
Add fruit to jello and fill melon cavity.
Fasten cut end or with toothpicks.
Combine cream cheese and milk; beat until smooth and fluffy.
Spread over entire melon.
Chill.
Cut in horizontal slices to serve.
