Ingredients

4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (7 oz.) can coconut
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sweet milk
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Beat eggs; melt margarine and cream sugar.
Add flour and vanilla; mix well.
Add milk; stir well and add add coconut.
Pour into 2 well-greased 9-inch pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
