Ingredients

1/2 cube butter, melted and cooled
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. half and half
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla sugar
Preparation

Beat the eggs until light and fluffy. Add 1/2 of the half and half and all the dry ingredients.
Beat the batter until smooth. Add the rest of the half and half, in 1/2 cup portions, until batter is a good consistency.
Stir in the melted butter and bake.
