Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. special or claw crab meat
    1 slice bread
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, well beaten
    7/8 stick butter
Preparation
    Pick shells from crabs and place meat in a bowl.
    Tear bread into small pieces.
    Add all the ingredients to crab meat and mix. Form into 8 patties and refrigerate for several hours until firm. Cook in skillet until brown on both sides.
