Nutty Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 acorn squash (1 lb. each)
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts
    1/3 c. butter or oleo, melted
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cut squash in half and spoon out seeds.
    Mix all ingredients and spoon 1/4 of mixture into each half.
    Place squash in ungreased baking dish (13 1/2 x 9 x 2-inch).
    Season cut sides with salt and butter.
    Pour water into dish 1/4 inch deep.
    Cover with foil and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until tender.
