Coconut Cream Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
    2 pkg. coconut cream instant pudding (small)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Melt butter; pour over 1 package of crushed Ritz crackers in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put ice cream in mixing bowl.
    Add milk and pudding mix; beat well.
    Let sit in freezer for about 1 hour.
    Top with Cool Whip.
