Ingredients

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 c. sugar
3 c. water
1 qt. pureed strawberries (3 pt. fresh)
1 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine gelatin and sugar in a saucepan; stir in water.
Let stand 1 minute.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat and cool.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Cover and freeze 8 hours.
Spoon about 1/4 of frozen mixture into blender or food processor and process until smooth.
Repeat until all the mixture is processed.
Return to freezer and freeze 4 hours or until firm.
Let stand at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
