Pot Roast Of Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 potatoes or more
    2 to 3 carrots or more
    1 to 2 onions
    1 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/4 tsp. pepper or to taste
    3 to 4 lb. brisket, rump or pot roast
    1/2 c. water or beef consomme/beef bouillon
Preparation
    Pare potatoes and carrots; slice both thinly.
    Slice onion. Put vegetables in bottom of crock-pot.
    Add seasoning and meat to crock-pot.
    Add liquid.
    Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours (high 5 to 6 hours).
