Mom'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Cut shortening into 2-cup flour.
    Add 1/4 cup flour to water; stir to make paste and pour into first mixture.
    Stir, using hands if necessary; roll out on floured surface.
    Makes 2 crusts, with enough for lattice topping.
