Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1/4 tsp. oregano
4 tsp. chopped black olives
4 tsp. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 tsp. butter
1/4 c. cooked, sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. tomato sauce
Preparation

Bake or boil potatoes in their skin until tender.
Cut in half. Scoop out the pulp of the potato and leave the skin to put the mix back into.
Combine the potatoes with the remaining ingredients. Spoon this mixture back into the potato skins.
Place in the oven at 425\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly reheated.
