Steak Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless round steak, cut in strips
1 Tbsp. oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can potatoes
1/4 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown beef in oil, push to side.
Cook and stir onion until tender; drain.
Add enough water to potato liquid to make 1 cup; mix it with catsup, Worcestershire, bell pepper, bouillon, salt, marjoram and black pepper.
Pour on beef and onions.
Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer (covered) until beef is tender (30 minutes to an hour, depending on meat).
Rinse frozen beans to separate and add with potatoes to meat.
Return to boil, reduce heat, and cook 15 minutes more or until beans are cooked.
