Holiday Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. mashed potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, broken into small pieces
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Beat potatoes, cream cheese and butter until cream cheese and butter have melted.
    Mix together the sour cream, milk, eggs and onion.
    Add all ingredients; beat until light and fluffy.
    Place in buttered casserole dish.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until light brown.
