Mom'S Buttermilk Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake in muffin or popover tin for 10 minutes, until light brown, in a 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven.
    Makes about 16 popovers.
