Zesty Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese (3 oz.)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

In small bowl of electric mixer, place cream cheese which has been softened at room temperature.
Add Blue cheese, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix at medium speed until well blended. Reduce speed to low and gradually add evaporated milk, mixing until smoothly blended.
Keep chilled until ready to serve.
