Golden Rhubarb Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. diced red rhubarb
    5 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. cut up orange slice candy
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large saucepan, let stand until sugar is almost dissolved.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook and stir until mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
    Pour into hot, sterilized jars.
    Cover with paraffin.
    Makes 4 pints.
