Em'S Yogurt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 sticks butter
    2 extra large eggs (room temperature)
    1 (8 oz.) carton yogurt (any flavor, raspberry, peach, etc.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients in bowl.
    Beat on medium speed until smooth, about 3 minutes.
    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Cake should look dark brown and crusty.
    Let stand in pan 15 minutes.
    Remove. Let cool.
    Sprinkle with lots of powdered sugar.
