Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. finely grated carrots
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. drained crushed pineapple
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, oil, carrots and vanilla. Beat until combined.
    Stir in pineapple, coconut and nuts.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or test for doneness.
    Cool cake and frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
