Eylene'S Salad Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. gelatin in 1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 small cream cheese or 1 large cream cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil soup. Add cheese; stir until smooth. Add dissolved gelatin. When cool, add vegetables and mayonnaise. Put in mold; chill 3 hours. Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise and paprika. Recipe may be doubled.
