Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
2 bunches green onions, chopped
1 to 2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 envelopes brown gravy mix
1 large can tomatoes, chopped
Louisiana hot sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation

In large skillet over high heat, melt margarine; add onions and saute for 1 to 2 minutes; add shrimp and saute until shrimp turn pink.
Mix gravy according to package directions.
Add gravy and tomatoes (with juice) to shrimp mixture.
Stir well.
Add hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
Lower heat and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
Stir often.
Serve over rice.
