4 to 5 medium potatoes
1 Tbsp. minced onion (more or less to taste)
1/2 c. milk
salt to taste
pepper to taste
paprika to taste
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Be careful in your selection.
Do not choose too young. Allow extra time for training for domestic use.
Some insist on keeping them in a pickle while others are constantly getting them in hot water.
This only makes them sour, hard and sometimes bitter.
Even poor varieties may be made sweet and tender by garnishing with patience.
