Streit'S Matzo Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Streit's matzo meal
    1/2 c. water
    4 eggs
    1/3 c. melted shortening
    1 tsp. salt and dash of pepper (to the beaten eggs)
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Add matzo meal and stir thoroughly.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Form into balls and drop into soup or into 1 1/2-quarts of boiling water into which 1 tablespoon salt has been added.
    Cook 20 minutes.
