Stuffed Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives or garlic and herb flavored allouette
1 pkg. chicken cutlets (about 6 cutlets per pkg.)
bread crumbs (seasoned)
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
egg
Preparation

Dip cutlets in egg, then cover with bread crumbs.
Lie cutlets out and spread cream cheese/allouette mixture over cutlets.
Roll up and place in buttered casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella when almost done.
