Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    1/3 c. flour
    2/3 Tbsp. butter
    1 can chicken broth (undiluted)
    2 c. milk
    tarragon, marjoram, oregano or rosemary (optional spices)
    croutons
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until tender in small amount of water.
    Reserve liquid.
    Make white sauce of flour, butter, broth and milk. Coarsely chop broccoli in blender in its own liquid; add to cream sauce.
    Heat thoroughly, adding milk to consistency desired. Complement the soup with 1 of the spices listed.
    Serve with croutons.
