Cheese Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    Tabasco or red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Blend ingredients together.
    Divide ingredients into 2 balls, then work each ball into long roll about 1-inch thick.
    Wrap in wax paper and chill.
    Slice very thin.
    Put whole pecan half on top of each.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Makes about 100 rounds.
