Overnight Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
3/4 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. sweet milk
Preparation

Place yeast in warm water; set aside.
Sift together the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Add yeast mixture.
Cut in the shortening.
Add milk; stir until well blended.
Pour onto floured wax paper.
Roll out; cut out biscuits.
Place thin biscuits in pan.
Place wax paper between layers.
Place in refrigerator.
Can be kept for 1 week and taken out as needed.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Makes about 24 biscuits.
