Chocolate Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 qt. plain milk
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. cocoa
    2 c. sugar
    6 to 8 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 cans evaporated milk
Preparation
    Cook sugar, milk, cornstarch and cocoa until thick or comes to boil.
    Cool.
    Beat sugar, eggs, vanilla and evaporated milk with mixer.
    Mix all together and pour into container.
    Fill with plain milk to container 3/4 full.
    Freeze.
    This is for a 6-quart freezer.
