One Pan Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    3 eggs
    2 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Generously grease bottom of loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch).
    Stir all ingredients except raisins in pan with fork until moistened.
    Beat vigorously for 1 minute.
    Stir in raisins. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 45 to 55 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Run knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf, pressing gently to loosen.
    Remove from pan.
