Chicken Paprikash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut into serving pieces
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. thinly sliced onions
    1 Tbsp. finely minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. sweet paprika
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    egg noodles
Preparation
    Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
    Brown the chicken in skillet about 5 minutes each side (skin side first). Sprinkle onions and garlic, then paprika, over top and stir.
    Add chicken broth; cover.
    Simmer about 10 minutes or until the chicken is done.
    Remove chicken to warmed serving dish.
    Blend sour cream and flour and stir into sauce.
    Cook, stirring, about 1 minute.
    Pour sauce over chicken.
    Serve with egg noodles.
