Ingredients

1 slice sourdough bread (thick)
egg substitute to equal 1 egg
2 Tbsp. nonfat milk
dash of vanilla, orange or almond extract
Preparation

Mix egg substitute, milk and flavoring in a bowl and dip the bread in to soak up the mixture.
Grill on a griddle sprayed with Pam.
Serve with syrup, fruit or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
