Light Strawberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Pillsbury light cake mix (white)
    2 c. sugar
    4 egg whites, beaten
    6 Tbsp. water
    2 containers frozen sliced strawberries, drained (save juice)
Preparation
    Make cake mix according to box directions.
    To make frosting, add 6 tablespoons of water to sugar and bring to a boil until sugar makes ball in glass of water.
    Add sugar liquid to beaten egg whites; beat until real firm.
    After cake is cool, poke holes in cake and pour some of juice from strawberries.
    Frost cake; then add sliced strawberries between middle layer and on top.
    Let cool for at least 1 hour in icebox before serving.
