Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 pkg. soft tacos
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 pkg. chicken breasts (bite size)
    1 can mild green chilies, minced and drained
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 small sour cream
Preparation
    In a medium pan brown chicken.
    Add onions and completely cook.
    Add both soups and cook until creamy.
    Add 1/2 can chilies. Spoon 2 to 3 spoons of meat mixture into taco shells.
    Add 2 pinches of cheese.
    Roll up.
    Place into a baking pan.
    Spoon remaining meat mixture over the top.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese and chilies on top.
    Bake 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
