Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. lime juice
1 prepared 8-inch (6 oz.) cooked crumb pie crust
Preparation

In a small to medium mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk; beat until smooth.
With mixer on medium speed, add lime juice and beat for 1 minute.
Pour into pie crust; freeze for at least 2 hours.
Let stand for 10 or 15 minutes at room temperature before cutting into 6 servings pieces.
Garnish with any blueberry sauce or syrup.
