Cabbage Roll Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 eggs
    onion and garlic salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    1 (1 lb.) can tomato sauce, diluted with water
    salt and pepper to taste
    onion and garlic salt to taste
    1 medium onion, diced
Preparation
    Mix together first 7 ingredients.
    Lightly cover bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with shredded cabbage.
    Add a layer of meat mixture.
    Proceed with layers, ending with a light layer of cabbage.
    Mix last ingredients together.
    Cover cabbage and meat layers with this mixture.
    Bake approximately 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until cabbage is tender.
