Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 1/2 c. instant rice, cooked
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
    1 (2.8 oz.) French fried onion rings
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz or any cheese spread
Preparation
    Combine broccoli, rice, soup and 1/2 cup onions in 2-quart casserole.
    Cover with plastic wrap; vent.
    Microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes or until hot.
    Microwave cheese spread according to label directions.
    Stir cheese spread into broccoli mixture. Top with remaining onions.
    Microwave 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
