Clams And Linguine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    50 small baby clams or 2 large cans chopped clams
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper flakes
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. white wine
    3 tsp. olive oil
    1 lb. linguine
Preparation
    Boil water for pasta.
    In large pan, mix clams, garlic, hot pepper flakes, parsley, white wine and oil.
    Bring to boil, then simmer until clams shells open.
    Drain pasta, then toss with clams.
    Serve immediately.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs, if desired. Serves 2 to 4.
