Lemon Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 1/4 c. hot water
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 large can condensed milk
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    graham cracker or vanilla wafer crumbs
Preparation
    Chill condensed milk.
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water and let stand until cool.
    Beat condensed milk until thick.
    Add sugar and fold into Jell-O.
    Line pan with crushed pineapple.
    Pour Jell-O mixture over pineapple and top with graham cracker or vanilla wafer crumbs.
