Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 303) can cream-style corn
2 1/2 c. prepared biscuit mix
1 Tbsp. melted oleo
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. corn meal
Preparation

Mix together dry ingredients; add to the corn and melted butter.
Beat well.
Drop
by spoonful into deep fat for frying. Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot.
