Grapefruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grapefruit sections
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. cold water
3/4 c. boiling water
Preparation

Remove membranes from grapefruit.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Add 3/4 cup boiling water and sugar.
Mix well.
Add pineapple juice.
Mix in grapefruit sections and nuts.
Pour into baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Refrigerate until set.
