Orange Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Large Angel Food Cake
Preparation
    Slice the cake once, Pour 1/2 cup orange juice over the cut sides and poke with a fork.
    Let stand while mixing: 3 cups sour cream, 4 tablespoons, orange juice, 6 tablespoons sifted powdered Sugar.
    Spread on the cut side, replace top and cover all. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon grated orange rind over all.
    Put into freezer and remove 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
